Compliance Standards

As experienced former teachers, we understand the importance of completing the highest levels of compliance. We ensure that all candidates have undergone a thorough vetting process, which includes the following checks;
  • A face to face interview with all candidates which includes an employment history check, gaining further knowledge of the candidate's skills, experience and the completion of the application form and our contracts. We will gain referee details and certified copies of compliance original documents.
  • Right to work documentation including passports, visas and ID cards, national insurance, change of name, marriage and birth certificates. 
  • A minimum of two satisfactory references obtained to include candidates most recent or current employer.
  • Proof of address check, evidence to be dated within the last three months of registration date.
  • Copies taken of candidates Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check including a Barred List check or a DBS Update Service check.
  • National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) check. 
  • We provide all of our candidates with a link to our selected Safeguarding courses.
